Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Hello Sunshine Tees order, but if something isn't right, here's how we handle returns:


✅ Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at support@hellosunshinetees.com.


🛍️ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags attached

  • Must include the original packaging and proof of purchase

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


📦 How Returns Work

Once your return is approved:

  • We’ll send you a return shipping label

  • You'll receive step-by-step instructions on how to send your item back


🧾 Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? The fastest way is to return the item and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, plus your bank’s processing time
